We have cooperating with TFish since 2012. We got 3000RMB of support from TFish in the first year and became interactive partners. From 2013 to 2014 we continue to receive great support from TFish. During the workshop for the patients in 2014, 2 staff from TFish exchanged views, which improve their understanding for the albinism patients and what we were doing. Meanwhile they knew the difficulties we were facing. We did not have full-time staff, so work could not be done on time. We expressed our enthusiasm to call for more people to participate in. We would think about the development of the organization in the meantime.
It has been 3 years since we join TFish community. We learned from each other and developed together. Each of our blogs received cares and interaction from the staff of TFish. The way of public service is long, but we are inspired to work together with our partners. Looking back the ways we were going through, we benefited a lot from transparent finance. We had actually achieved clear financial management before we met TFish compared to other grass-root NGOs, but we had not opened on the internet, nor published on 3rd party platform. The public knew little about us and we could not raise enough money.
Transparent and open finance of TFish benefited us a lot. We shared our capacity with other organizations. We developed a financial management system that fit the small organizations as us. Meanwhile, annual financial information was opened to the public so as to have a better connection with the public.
Hope we will hand in hand with TFish and make progress in the future.
