Little Red Scarf is in Lanzhou, Gansu province and provides financial support and encouragement to children suffering from congenital heart disease. In addition, they provide families with post-operative care and help the children sustain a healthy lifestyle.

272 Zhede. Zhede began to go to kindergarten. His grandmother answered the phone. She said everything is fine with the child. He often got cold, about 3 times a month. He had to take intravenous infusion when he got cold. He just came back from rehabilitation training. He could speak simple language. His parents went to the city for work.
