As Time Goes By
Time is fair. No matter where you are and what happens, it goes as it is. Each person may leave regrets or memories.
Time brings many things. We cherish what has been left.
It is not easy to live in the world, for sometimes we cannot distinguish between good or bad, right or wrong. Good luck comes from thankfulness.
An Unforgettable Impression
This summer, I participated in the LRS summer camp. Cindy's family came from Canada to be with us during the camp, and they left us with a deep impression. They brought us a lot of happiness and taught us new things. They told us a lot about Canada and taught us to play the recorder. They brought us toys and snacks that we had never seen before. Too bad the family had to leave, but they left us with an unforgettable impression. We don't know if they will come back to China again.
We played many games during the summer camp, some of which we had never heard of before. Some of them were simple but interesting. The one that impressed me the most is the human knot game. First we held hands with the person next to us. Then we crossed over one another until everyone’s arms were twisted. Later we turned around to untie the twisted arms and become a circle again. One time there was a knot that couldn't be untied, but we tried our best instead of being frustrated. The game made me understand that we do not give up easily when we face difficulties
The human knot game made me understand that we do not give up easily when we face difficulties.
A week went by quickly. We harvested a lot of laughs and happiness. I also made friends who had congenital heart disease and received timely treatment. I hope to participate in the summer camp again next year
PS: I may not come again as time will not flow back. Yesterday will not come, just as Cindy’s family will not come. We meet people on the path of life. The future will become forever. Time brings things and leaves memories which makes life lonely no more.
