We recently were able to incorporate Guzheng music classes to our program! Guzheng is an ancient Chinese instrument that is very popular in China. We had a teacher come in and perform, then had our students interpret the different style of music. At one point the teacher played the song "You and Me", the popular anthem during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Everyone started singing along as one. When the lecture came to an end, our students were reluctant to leave. They took group pictures to commemorate a beautiful day.
