TFish is hosting a 5K Walkathon at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale
on Saturday, Oct 22, 2016, 9am.

Walk to alleviate poverty in East Asia.
Picture

Dear TFish friends,

Please join us for our first TFish 5K Walkathon! Your participation will raise awareness and funds for poverty alleviation in East Asia. All donations and registration fees will go directly to helping impoverished children and families, including those with congenital heart disease and those who struggle to meet their basic needs.

Register and find out more information at 5k.tfishfund.org. Start your own online fundraiser at fundraise.tfishfund.org.

As we walk the 5k, we celebrate over 1,000 children who can walk now, after we have helped them overcome congenital heart disease. We also walk to support the hundreds of children who are still waiting for treatment. Let’s walk for them and with them to change their lives and others suffering from extreme poverty.

Grateful for your support,
TFish Team

News: Labor Day and LRS Summer Camp

9/6/2016

Picture

What do people gain from all their labors at which they toil under the sun?

For many hard-working peasants in rural Gansu, they gain barely enough to take care of their families. If someone needs medical care, it's often more than they can afford.

This Labor Day will you join us to help more families in East Asia that suffer from poverty and disease? For $300 you can support a family like Baoping's, pictured above.

2016 Fundraising Goal: $150,000

Many thanks to all of you who have already donated this year!
Here's our progress as of August 31st.

Little Red Scarf Summer Camp

Picture
This year's week-long summer camp in Gansu was our best ever! Our post-surgery children got to have fun while learning important life lessons.

Highlight activities included hiking a mountain (which proved their successful recovery from congenital heart disease), free checkups at a hospital, arts and crafts, games and skits, and team building exercises. Discover why our campers said it was an unforgettable experience!
