Longwan Caring Home is located in Dahua County, which was listed as one of the poorest counties in Guangxi Province. Longwan Caring Home is a big family consisting of orphans, single parents, and abandoned children. The normal expense of the Home is sustained by plantation, breeding, and small business.
In the morning of March 25, 2015, over 40 students of grade 10 and 11 visited our children under the lead of Teacher Peng. With introductions, the students learned more about the Home. The played games with the children and performed magic. They also brought some food. Soon, they developed friendship with the children.
The children were involved in magic and they asked for more performances. A student shared a piece of music with Dongdong who is mentally retarded. Though he can speak a little, he has an innocent heart. He smiled brightly. The child needs to be cared and thank the student. The student told stories to the children and some students helped to cut nails.
The students raised money and bought some gifts for the children. We were moved. Their cares actually are the best gifts. Thank teachers and students from Dahua No. 2 Middle School. During their development, the children need to be inspired and accompanied by these young guys. We hope our children will become thankful, loving and responsible when they grow up.
