NGO Testimonials, Part 2

12/5/2014

Our capacity building program supports over 200 NGOs in Asia. We provide funding to grass root organizations that share our same values of transparency. Read below for their stories!
Transparent Fish Fund not only supported our medical aid mission for 12 children suffering from hemophilia in the Shaanxi area, but also supported our administration costs. When we first registered as a nonprofit, they taught us the idea of “Transparent Finances, Transparent Philanthropy.” They showed us how to improve our organization’s development and better help those patients who need support. Guan Tao, Beijing Hemophilia Care Center 10/27/2014

June of this year, a foreign-funded company, “Tianshi Combustion Equipment (Suzhou) LLC,” got to know Nayong Nonprofit Association through Transparent Fish Fund’s website. Because of TFish’s credibility, Tianshi Combustion Equipment Company trusted us. After several telephone conversations, Tianshi Combustion Equipment Company remitted a large donation of 56,000 yuan to Nayong Nonprofit Association’s account. Nayong Nonprofit Association 10/23/2014

Under Transparent Fish Fund Lab’s guidance, our center combed through our finances, perfected our project guidelines, and worked on recording and publicizing information. After a year of work, we discovered that our center has changed dramatically when we were doing project summaries. We improved our ability to integrate societal resources, increase participation of volunteers, and inspired more trust from our community. Chongqing Xinyue Senior Support Center 10/23/2014
Our Vice-President, An, has been cooperating with TFish to test finance softwares and feels that collecting income and expenditure reports and collecting information can make the lives of grassroots nonprofits a lot easier and help us achieve financial transparency and project transparency. Zhengxi Xingze Volunteer Association 10/23/2014

We were very touched and grateful when we received a transparent certificate and other recognitions from our American strategic partner, Transparent Fish Fund. TFish Fund’s mission is to support Chinese grassroots NGOs and promote financial transparency. We are the first Chinese nonprofit organization to receive TFish’s administration cost support. During the most difficult time of our development, support from Mr. and Mrs. Chao and TFish Fund allowed us to become what we are today. That is why we are very thankful for Mr. and Mrs. Chao and everyone at TFish Fund. Shaanxi 029 Nonprofit Service Center 9/10/14

We received our TFish certificate on Teacher’s Day. Receiving this “certificate” from our “teacher” @TFish Fund-Grassroots Support made our day. We are very touched, especially by the handwritten card. We would like to thank all the “teachers” who paid attention to or helped Aili along the way, growing with us. Aili Myasthenia Gravis Care Center 9/10/2014

During Mid-Autumn Festival break in 2014, Behcet's Association received a certificate and souvenirs from Transparent Fish Fund in Maryland. We are thankful for @TFish Fund-Grassroots Support for their continuing support and attention! Transparent Finances, Transparent Philanthropy is a concept we will hold on to. We will try our best to help Behcet’s patients and continue our work. Behcet’s Disease Mutual Support Association 9/9/2014

We are thankful for companionship and encouragement from @TFish Fund-Grassroots Support and NGOs from the TFish community. Yueliang Children’s Home is very honored to receive again the TFish 2014 Best Strategic Partner Award. We will work hard to promote the “Transparent Finances, Transparent Philanthropy” concept and contribute to the development of Chinese nonprofits. Yueliang Children’s Home 9/9/2014

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Chao and everyone from Transparent Fish Fund: Thank you all so much for your continuing attention on our “birdies.” Jingjie Bird Sunshine Home harbors mainly children with developmental issues from impoverished families. Our administration costs could never be covered by the fees paid to us by parents. Your help and understanding gave us the motivation to conquer our challenges and move forward. Your efficient work practices serve as models for our own work. The children, teachers, and parents from our home would like to thank you again. Feng Bihao, Jingjie Bird Sunshine Home 10/01/2013

Thank you Transparent Fish Fund for your care for migrant children. Your seed funding warmed up the winter for the migrant children under our care by surrounding them with your love… We would also like to thank TFish for helping the Heart-to-Heart project. We sincerely thank TFish and hope that everything is well! Dong Ying, Xi’an Beilin District Heart-to-Heart Community Service Development Center 12/01/2012

Transparent Fish Fund began working with Wolong Panda Love Relay Group in 2012. Since the beginning of our partnership, TFish gave high evaluations of Wolong Panda Love Relay Group’s “Transparent Finances, Transparent Philanthropy” concept as well as our nonprofit events, awarding us the 2013 Best Strategic Partner Transparency Award. I would like to thank TFish Fund and colleagues at TFish on behalf of Wolong Panda Love Relay Group for their support and affirmation of our work. In the future, we will stay prudent and keep working to help the vulnerable minorities who need our help. Ma Guirong, Wolong Panda Love Relay Group 9/13/2014
