1. Visit Shuigou Village, Xundian County.

From October 22 to 23, Shalom organized 7 volunteers and visited Shuigou village. they spent 2 days with 30 lepers.

The lepers had been expecting the volunteers as usual by gathering on the yard. They greeted each other. On arriving, the volunteers began to serve the lepers. They were going to stay one night, so they had enough time to serve the patients.

The patients were waiting on the line. They do not have doctors in the village, so they hoped more doctor can come and help them.

Liang Ping prepared medicines according to their needs. She would prepared relevant medicines beforehand. Apart from the medicines, the patients hoped Liang Ping does acupuncture therapy for them, which would alleviate their pains. Liang Ping had planned to do nice treatment for the needy patients as she had enough time.

Liang Ping was checking solar-powered bath system. The bath room is the significant event of the village this year, which is also the first big construction of Shalom. The solar-powered bath room would bring convenient for the villagers. That means they can take a hot water bath as us. Their hope could not have come true if there were not the support of TFish and Mr. and Mrs Zhao. They were holding a thank-you letter to thank TFish and Mr. and Mrs. Zhao.

Though they could not smile as us, for their face nerves had been hurt, they expressed their gratefulness for TFish with their hearts.

2. Visit Volcano Village, Shuangbo County of Chuxiong Prefecture

On October 25, volunteers visited Volcano village. They brought a set of induction cooker to 22 lepers. They do not need to cut woods for fuel.

These are clothes brought by the volunteers. The village is located in the remote area with poor transportation. The daily necessities are very precious for them. The volunteers brought clothes to the patients. Apart from medicines, the volunteers also brought them thick clothes for winter.

Lin, the bus driver had become an old friend of the volunteers and lepers. He still picked up volunteers to the village in spite of his pains in feet. The volunteer was helping Lin to apply ointment to his feet.

People stayed one night at the village. Liang Ping distributed medicines the next day. She said goodbye to the patients after treatment. They had to take about 300 kilometers road back to Kunming. Hope there are more people to provide help.
